Relationship Intelligence Therapist
I didn't arrive at this approach by chance.
My first path was in law, then in child protection.
I was a specialized educator, then an inspector at the Aide Sociale à l'Enfance.
For a number of years, I've worked at the heart of complex human situations, often marked by trauma, broken relationships and emotional insecurity.
These experiences have profoundly shaped my outlook.
They have taught me to perceive what's not being said, to sense what's going on behind the scenes.
Then life led me to slow down.
Health problems, personal trials, exhaustion...
So many passages that invited me to get back to basics: the body, rhythm, inner security.
It was along this path that I explored different approaches to relationships and living things - non-violent communication, group therapy, permaculture...
Until we came across Relational Intelligence®, developed by Dr François Le Doze.
This approach was a no-brainer.
Today, I work with people who have experienced complex traumas or attachment insecurities.
I draw on affective neuroscience, attachment theory and nervous system regulation, while remaining as close as possible to your living experience.
I believe that transformation comes not from strength, but from security.
And that it's in a sufficiently reliable relationship that something can finally loosen, and mend.
