Who I am & my practice

I've been passionate about psychology and understanding human behavior since I was 15.
Very early on, a question was on my mind: what happens inside us when relationships become difficult, painful or conflictual... and how can we reconnect, with ourselves and with others?

My career path was built at the crossroads of several paths:
university training in clinical and occupational psychology,
certification in Non-Violent Communication (NVC),
inputs of affective and relational neuroscience,
and a deeply human, sensitive and embodied practice of accompaniment.

Today, I am trainer and coach in relational intelligence and self-therapy, I work with people who wish to better understand themselves, to calm their relationships and to work through tensions with greater awareness and gentleness.

What I accompany

I accompany people who, at some point in their lives, encounter :

• from relationship problems (conflicts, misunderstandings, painful repetitions),
• a emotional fatigue, stress, mental overload, burn out...
• from intense emotions (anger, sadness, guilt, fear) that are difficult to accept,
• a lack of confidence, a difficulty in setting limits or daring to say,
• a feeling of self-disconnection, loss of meaning or momentum,
• tensions in the professional sphere (team relations, posture, communication, reconversion).

My approach is based on listening to what's going on inside you, bringing clarity to your emotions and needs, and regaining the power to act from a regulated state that respects yourself and others.

I offer a safe, warm and non-judgmental space, where everyone can express what they are going through, at their own pace.
I deeply believe that when we feel listened to and understood, something loosens up, and change becomes possible.

My intention is to repair the link :
