To be and remain fully alive in the midst of the storm, to feel free and secure in the relationships we forge with ourselves, others and the world: these are the paths I've been exploring and supporting for many years in my various professions as a coach, trainer and now therapist.

I've been practicing mindfulness and coaching for 27 years (in the tradition of the Village des Pruniers), and the Relational Intelligence (RI) therapeutic approach to trauma healing through the nervous system called to me.

The connections between the two are close, and enable us to develop this capacity for self-observation, sensations and emotions, to better understand the language of the body beyond words.

Connecting our upper brain (cortex) with our lower brain (nervous system) enables us to transform the traumas that are inscribed in our bodies in an unconscious way, and have formed the music of our lives, unbeknownst to us. Transforming our traumas enables us to move from fear to trust, from rejection and discomfort to joy in connection.

Relational Intelligence coaching offers a safe space with the therapist that promotes deep and lasting healing.
