I've been practicing Mindfulness for 27 years (in the tradition of the Village des Pruniers), and the Relational Intelligence (RI) approach to trauma therapy called to me.

The links between the two are close, and help us to develop this capacity for self-observation, sensations and emotions, to better understand the language of the body beyond words.
