Ingénieur de formation, j'ai accédé à des postes de management très tôt dans ma carrière. Au bout de 15 ans, j'ai décidé de quitter le monde de l'entreprise avec l'envie d'accompagner les autres pour déployer leur plein potentiel. Après une formation de coach avec l'école de Vincent Lenhardt - basé sur le mode de l'analyse transactionnelle, une certification à la Communication NonViolente(R), l'accès à la thérapie pour accompagner mes clients semblait être une évidence.

Formée à l'IFS (Internal Family Systems(R)) depuis 2013 , à l'IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out - accompagnement de couple), à la Théorie Polyvagale (niveau 1 et 2), je me suis passionnée pour le modèle Intelligence Relationnelle (niveau 1 et 2). J'ai été assistante en IFS et en IR et ai fait partie du programme pour les Leader en Intelligence Relationnelle au côté de François leDoze.

J'ai également été la traductrice pour les Lead Trainer en IFS en France, et pour François le Doze dans sa formation bilingue au Canada.

I have an engineering degree and moved into management positions very early in my career. After 15 years, I decided to leave the corporate world with the desire to accompany others to deploy their full potential. After training as a coach in Vincent Lenhardt's coaching school - based on transactional analysis - and a certification in Non-Violent Communication, access to therapy to accompany my clients seemed obvious.

Trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems(R)) in 2013, IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out), Polyvagal Theory (level 1 and 2), I am passionate about the Relational Intelligence model (level 1 and 2). I have been a programme assistant in IFS and IR several times and translated Lead Trainers in IFS in France. I have also translated François Le Doze in his bilingual trainings in Canada.
