Initially, I came from the artistic world. The world of the non-verbal, of expression through gesture, movement and creation.

It was the Ecole des Beaux Arts, movement theater, clowning and drama therapy that opened the door to the field of therapeutic accompaniment.

After working for several years as a social worker in a medical-educational institute for children, adolescents and young adults with psychotic disorders, autism and other psychiatric pathologies, I joined INECAT in Paris.

I trained there for 3 years in art therapy and art-mediated psychotherapy (RNCP certification).

I opened my practice in 2015 in Rouen, and have continued to work in institutions with different audiences as an art therapist.

As the verbal dimension has very little place in this training path and in the form of my coaching, I'm training in NVC and coaching with NVC on different 1-year courses.

I then discovered polyvagal theory and IR, which were a revelation in the combination of my therapeutic practices.

I've been IR trained since 2018. Passionate about the model, I am committed to the supervision training path, as well as the LIR path (IR trainer/ambassador training).

To date, I work with the IR psychotherapy model, as well as with art therapy associated with polyvagal theory, and I intervene as a trainer in various settings:

  • In institutions, with young teenage mothers and asylum seekers in France. I provide therapeutic support in the form of mother/child dyads, as well as on an individual basis.
  • In the office, face-to-face, or remotely via videoconferencing, individually or in pairs (parent/child or couple).
  • In hospitals for 3-day training courses in communication and the relationship between caregiver and patient.
  • In institutions, training educators in relational communication.
