Discover Relational Intelligence®!
Two Introductory Days
Join us for an introduction to the foundational principles of the Relational Intelligence® psychotherapy model through a set of presentations and supervised practicums. Developed by François Le Doze, the method is based on the latest advances in neuroscience to promote trauma healing and the regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS).

The two days aim to:
1. introduce the basics of Relational Intelligence®
2. enable participants to experience certain aspects of it within supervised practice groups.
The model is based on the neurobiological mechanisms linked to attachment theory and the ANS, that govern relational safety and influence our ability to manage trauma. During the two days, you will understand the origins and impacts of trauma on the ANS and will be given the opportunity to discover therapeutic approaches rooted in relational safety and designed to foster the reassociation of the ANS and support the trauma healing process. These approaches will also enable you to gain a better understanding of how the ANS responds to relational engagement, providing a practical framework for evaluating their effectiveness in a therapeutic context.
Current neuroscience data in the field of psychological trauma will be at the forefront of the work presented. Relational Intelligence® is a neurobiological associative psychotherapy method that directly addresses the brain to heal the consequences of trauma and restore the ANS's innate emotional and relational regulation capacity.
François Le Doze, creator of the Relational Intelligence® model, will present an overview of the model, accompanied by experienced assistants. You will be invited to explore the associative dimension through guided practice work, supervised by the assistants, who will explain each essential step of a Relational Intelligence® psychotherapy session. The practice work is designed to enhance your understanding of the key concepts, while offering concrete experience of the processes at work.
At the end of the two days, you will leave with theoretical elements and practical experience that will enable you to better understand the principles of the approach, its therapeutic potential and the benefits of training in this method.
