Here is the full interview given by Dr Le Doze to "Psychologies" magazine in May 2016.
Overcome our inner conflicts, free ourselves from the burdens of the past to rediscover the pleasure and power of being ourselves. Unencumbered. That's what Internal Family Systems (IFS) is all about. Developed thirty years ago in the United States by Richard Schwartz, a doctor of family and marital therapy, this therapy continues to gain ground across the Atlantic, where it is recognized as an evidence-based practice. Less well known in France, it is championed by neurologist and psychotherapist François Le Doze, who has written a book on the subject: La Force de la confiance, une thérapie pour s'unifier (Odile Jacob). He discovered IFS ten years ago. He recalls a real encounter, "one of those that changes a life".
