I work mainly with women going through periods of transformation, transition or emotional and physical overload, to help them regain inner security, access their resources, make better choices for themselves and put themselves back at the center of their lives.

My approach is deeply relational and psycho-corporal.

It is based on security in relationship, listening to the body, the nervous system and the emotions to enable more stable access to resources, clarity and inner movement.

Trained in Relational Intelligence®, I also integrate naturopathy, sonotherapy and other energetic and emotional body approaches into a holistic approach, tailored to each person's rhythm and needs.
