As a relational psychotherapist, I work in private practice, in videoconferencing and I also run therapy group courses.
I offer individual and couple therapy.
My personal journey has led me to follow a Psyrem relational therapy program for individuals, couples and groups. This holistic approach, centered on the individual and the quality of relationships, has been deeply decisive for me.
After a first experience as an herbalist, then in associative and cultural circles, I trained in the Psyrem approach. Established in 2019 as a relational psychopratician, I am now pursuing my training path through innovative approaches stemming from neuroscience, in particular Relational Intelligence (RI) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
These approaches have given me, personally and in my coaching, a great deal of gentleness, kindness and security in exploring wounds and psychological issues. They encourage deep transformation and healing of wounded parts.
Having practiced various forms of dance since childhood, I am also particularly attached to the dimension of body and movement. During the therapy group workshops I lead, I integrate these approaches as a means of exploration and transformation.
The support I offer takes into account the emotional, physical and relational dimensions, in order to support a process of transformation that respects each individual's rhythm.
A reassuring framework and a quality relationship are at the heart of my work, enabling me to welcome and better understand the unconscious issues that are holding you back, and to open the way to peace and well-being, in your relationship with yourself and with others.
I regularly take part in intervision and supervision sessions, enabling me to step back and develop my practice.
I welcome adults and teenagers from the age of 17, in the office, on video and in group workshops.
I offer individual and couple therapy.
