I preferred STF training to university training as a psychologist, which is theoretical and neglects work on oneself and awareness of what's going on in one's body. In my opinion, Relational Intelligence® therapy, which integrates knowledge of the Autonomic Nervous System, neurobiology and brain plasticity, is essential today.
