Therapist, psychopractitioner, entrepreneur, speaker and Yogini, I create spaces of emancipation to accompany you on your path to self-fulfillment.

In 2017 I left a settled Parisian life and a career in fashion, to explore and find remedies for my anxiety, deep loneliness and relationship difficulties.

Along the way, I discovered the philosophy of yoga, energetics and shamanism, as well as several models of therapy. I also spent 5 years living a nomadic life around the world, discovering other cultures and paradigms.

I continued to explore until my encounter with Relational Intelligence®, which literally changed my life and enabled me to transform myself from within. I discovered the workings of the nervous system, the theory of attachment and the neural architecture of trauma, all of which I now consider essential to self-fulfillment.

In 2020, I launched my first personal fulfillment retreats under the name Preeti Yoga, and in 2022 my individual follow-ups. Today I support you with Relational Intelligence®, online and face-to-face in Marseille, and I continue to create retreats for groups, which enable further healing.

I use the term "engaged and inclusive therapist" because I'm sensitive to feminist and environmentalist demands, and more generally to the defense of living beings and to the diversity of genders, sexualities, neuroatypias, etc. I am fully engaged with my clients on their healing journey.
