Presentation
A former trainer, collaborative dynamics facilitator and change management consultant, I am currently a psychopratician and mother of three.
I use the various therapeutic approaches I have been trained in (Internal Family System (IFS), Relational Intelligence (IR), Emotional Regulation (Tipi), Peter Koenig System...), my practice of Non-Violent Communication and collective intelligence, and my personal life experiences.
I accompany adults and young adults by videoconference and face-to-face in Saint-Nazaire (44).
