After more than twenty years of art therapy support for people in difficulty, using mainly artistic and creative means as transformative tools, my encounter with the Relational Intelligence model profoundly enriched and clarified my understanding of human functioning. It provided me with a fine-tuned reading of the nervous system, attachment and trauma, now at the heart of my clinical practice.

I'm a qualified art therapist and IR psychotherapist, and I work with children, adolescents and adults facing emotional, relational or traumatic difficulties. Some people come for specific Relational Intelligence work, others for art therapy, while respecting the specific framework of each approach.

In this work, the notion of Self plays a central role. It can be described as that deep, stable inner presence that enables us to remain present, connected and able to guide ourselves internally. Regaining access to this Self means rediscovering inner confidence, available resources, and the possibility of directing one's life rather than undergoing it, in order to once again become fully involved in one's existence.

I have completed the basic training and the entire Relational Intelligence in-depth course. My practice is supported by regular supervision, ongoing training and a personal commitment to therapeutic work.
