Believing in the fundamental importance of RELATIONSHIP at the heart of our human condition, I define myself above all as a "facilitator". Above all, I like to accompany and facilitate relationships within oneself, as well as those between oneself and others.

Established in 2008, I now practice IR. I also created the DECEMO method (Desensitization of Emotional Shocks through Eye Movement), based on a range of tools. This method helps people deal with psychological trauma, emotional shock, phobias, etc. Since 2012, I've been running DECEMO training courses in Paris, Lyon and Toulon, for caregivers and therapists.
