Passionate about human relations, I've been working for fifteen years as a HR Director in the civil service, and my aim is to improve well-being and respect at work, the quality of leadership and personal fulfillment....

Touched by the distress of young people and parents, challenged by the difficulties of relationships between colleagues, within couples and families, and strengthened by the trials I myself have been through, I was determined to contribute to people's well-being. So, in 2009, I began a 3-year training course in psychotherapy at Institut Therapeutia.

Since then, I have continued to develop my skills through various training courses (IFS, IR, IFIO, TPV), assistantships and supervision. I am also trained in CNV.
