I'm a psychopractitioner in private practice, a facilitator and assistant for Selftherapy for basic and advanced level training. I'm also a state-certified dance trainer and certified in the Art of Movement. Through my various professional activities, I aim to make a positive contribution to life and to relationships between people. I accompany you with Relational IntelligenceⓇ to illuminate your relationship with yourself, regain your vitality, improve your relationships and optimize your health. I've tested and validated the effectiveness of this model in my own therapy. I.R. has been at the heart of my ability to heal my traumas and become the creator of my life. I receive individual and group supervision. I continue to follow I.R. therapy out of curiosity, to take care of myself and to be as regulated as possible in this profession.
My professional activity - and beyond that my life - is a path of encounters, creative and stimulating. Love, which for me is a fundamental life force, expresses itself in my work in the form of compassion, which is essential for welcoming people without judgment or interpretation. Curiosity about what the person is experiencing in an I.R. session, or the group in my Art of Movement proposals, enables me to connect with what is present during encounters and thus adjust to what is being experienced. The strength of gentleness is also a key value in my support. Equanimity, commitment and congruence are at the heart of my practices. Confidentiality is a rule.
In addition to knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills, which I always like to enrich, I also make room for intuition, both my own and that of the person I'm working with. The inexplicable and the mysterious are often at the service of work.
I am trained in Relational Intelligence at basic and advanced levels (ADD, attachment, TRA, psychopathology); I have been a facilitator since 2021 and an assistant since 2025. I'm currently training as a Selfi coach.
I've chosen to propose the 2 paths of Relational IntelligenceⓇ and the Art of Movement because I've been experimenting with them for a long time and I've received the fruits of them in my daily life. They each have regulating, restorative and creative effects. I continue to practice them personally with enthusiasm, thirsting to learn, to feel, to understand and to contribute. And I continue to receive gifts from them. I feel deep gratitude for them every day. They are both concrete, rooted in matter and science, while also leaving room for the mystery and poetry of life. For me, this rainbow of possibilities is essential. You can choose one of the two, or combine them as required.
