Before becoming a therapist, I worked in aviation, moving between various positions that led me to management and training roles.
My experience in the corporate world has given me an in-depth understanding of professional dynamics and enriched my knowledge of the complexity and management of human interactions. This research has led me to personally follow several types of therapy, reinforcing my deep understanding of the difficulties we all face.
On many occasions, I went through difficult phases of questioning and self-doubt. Revisiting my family history helped me to gain perspective and understand my defensive reactions. I was able to recognize my emotions and learn to trust my own feelings and intuition. My personal quest helped me to evolve towards a new personal and professional balance.
