After several years of psychoanalysis, my path led me to discover first IFS (Internal Family Systems), then IR (Relational Intelligence). Thanks to these 2 therapy models, I was first able to identify and discover my inner family system (the multiplicity of my psyche) and understand my wounds and traumas.  

Then, to truly repair myself and regain my energy, joy and ability to quickly be in balance despite life's events.
