Therapist since 2018 with Humanist Hypnosis, a symbolic hypnosis that has enabled me to accompany people in a holistic vision, listening to the body as much as the mind. Already at the time, I specialized in trauma and violence therapy.
After several years of practice, I realized that there was one element missing from my coaching: the question of safety and the Nervous System, which had been left to one side.
So I decided to train in IR from 2024 onwards, which enabled me to put a lot of words and understanding to intuitions, to have a model for understanding neuro-biological functioning and to access more understanding about trauma healing.
My support is authentic, reassuring and respectful of each person's rhythm.
I consider each person to be an individual in his or her own right, with a body, a mind, a history, a way of functioning, living in a particular environment and forming a unity that goes beyond the person himself or herself. Each session is therefore unique and new, for me as well as for you.
On the other hand, I'm a person, a human being who comes with who she is. From my point of view, the practice of therapy is not neutral; as a person we speak from a situated point of view, and it's essential for me to make visible where I'm speaking from.
My practice is an anti-racist, anti-grossophobic, feminist and queer welcoming space, and it's necessary for me to take a look at the system we live in as individuals when we set foot in a therapy practice.
