It is my deep conviction, supported by my personal therapeutic experience, that

• the secure therapeutic relationship is the place for healing old wounds and resolving «mal-être», internal conflicts and difficulties in relating to others
• healing and resolution are only possible when head, heart and body are aligned and closely associated

My therapeutic commitment therefore combines work on the body, sensations, emotions, autonomic nervous system regulation and cognition.

I use the Relational Intelligence approach developed by Dr François Le Doze and the Bio-Energetic analysis theorized by Dr Alexander Lowen following the work of W. Reich. 

I have the pleasure of accompanying people who wish to take full advantage of their human potential, their life energy and the pleasure of relating to others. I help them rid themselves of the burdens, wounds and traumas of their past.
