I'm a psychotherapist, trained in IFS (Internal Family System), IR and family constellations.
Having practiced several professions before becoming a therapist - auditor, actress, improvisation trainer and then Non-Violent Communication - I love accompanying people who are seeking to make aligned choices and rediscover their resources after difficult events.
Having chosen family education for my two children, I also particularly enjoy supporting parents.
