Ingénieur de formation, j’ai occupé des fonctions de management, développant une approche à la fois profondément orientée vers l’humain, structurée et intégrant une dimension systémique.

Après plus de 15 ans en entreprise, j’ai choisi de me consacrer à l’accompagnement, avec une conviction forte : les transformations durables passent par une compréhension fine de nos mécanismes internes et relationnels.

Je me suis formée dès 2014 à l’Internal Family Systems (IFS) aux côtés de François Le Doze, que j’ai suivi depuis les débuts du développement du modèle d’Relational Intelligence (RI).
J’ai également fait partie du parcours de Leader en Intelligence Relationnelle (LIR) et eu l’opportunité d'être l'interprète pour ses formations au Canada.

Je suis formée à l’IFS jusqu’au niveau 3, à l’IFIO (accompagnement de couple), à la Théorie Polyvagale (niveaux 1 et 2) ainsi qu’à l’approche MOSAIC.
Je suis également formatrice certifiée en Communication NonViolente (CNV).

With an engineering background, I held management positions early in my career, developing an approach that is both deeply human-centered, structured, and grounded in systemic thinking.

After more than 15 years in the corporate world, I chose to fully dedicate myself to supporting others, with a strong belief: lasting transformation comes from a deep understanding of our internal and relational dynamics.

I trained as early as 2014 in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with François Le Doze, whom I have followed since the early development of the Relational Intelligence (RI) model.
I also followed the Relational Intelligence Leadership program and had the opportunity to be the interpretor of his trainings in Canada.

I am trained in IFS up to Level 3, as well as IFIO (couples therapy), Polyvagal Theory (Levels 1 & 2), and the MOSAIC approach.
I am also a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

I offer sessions in person and online, in French and English.
