“Relationships are surely the mirror in which we discover ourselves”.”
Jiddu Krishnamurti
A psychopratician for over 10 years, I joined the IR® Relationship Intelligence® therapy in my coaching.
With IR therapy® I make it a point of honor to create a sufficiently secure bond with the person in order to explore traumatic/blocked spaces in complete safety, so as to free oneself from them and gain access to original emotions/injuries.
I accompany you regain sufficient self-confidence in order to regain balance and harmony in your relationships with yourself and others and invest the resources needed to move forward in the world, whatever the obstacles.
As a communications professional with a degree from Celsa (Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication), I worked for 15 years in digital services companies. My knowledge of the business world and the interpersonal relationships that play out within it have enabled me to understand and listen to the interpersonal issues and conflicts encountered within companies.
I was deeply affected by all the relational difficulties I encountered in the course of my work. I felt that my place was elsewhere, that a mission more in line with who I was was calling me: to accompany people in the service of their professional and personal fulfillment and well-being.
I chose to make a professional transition into coaching. I trained in Co-Active Coaching, NLP, Systemic Coaching, Hypnosis and then in the Relational Intelligence model with IR Therapy.®.
Fascinated by my new activity, I continued my training:
- Polyvagal theory, Psychotraumatology, EMDR, Attachment theory, Attachment trauma management with IR,
Introduction to NARM®, a therapeutic model for the treatment of complex and developmental trauma.
Today, I accompany teenagers and adults of all ages on their life path, exploring different dimensions: body, emotions and mind. I'm committed to enabling people to serenely rediscover their inner freedom, so that they can experience authentic, peaceful relationships. Rediscover harmony and peace in relationships, with oneself and with others, to achieve a balance that responds to one's deepest needs and respects one's limits.
Finally, to free oneself from the wounds of the past that hinder the present, and give back the vital impetus needed to face life's obstacles and open up the field of possibilities.
