Brief presentation:

As a Relational Intelligence® psychopractor, I can work with you in a safe and respectful environment to help you work through the psychological, relational and emotional difficulties you face. I can also provide face-to-face support (in Nantes) on request. Relational Intelligence is a therapeutic approach that integrates understanding of nervous system states, attachment, trauma and parts of the self.

Detailed presentation:

Who am I?

Therapy has long been an unknown in my life. I grew up in a loving and very well-meaning family, but one that was ill-equipped to accompany the emotional lives of its children and to care for relationships, both with oneself and with others. As a teenager, I found comfort, connection and a sense of security in books and knowledge. I then became involved in the world of the intellect, without any real awareness of my body or my place in the world. As a young adult, it was almost natural for me to embark on demanding, high-level studies in history. The environments and institutions in which I evolved had the advantage, for the person I was then, of valuing intellectual demands, hard work and autonomy, and leaving little room for the body and the development of emotional and relational intelligence. In retrospect, my career as a historian was my first introduction to a posture of relational listening, without hasty interpretation or judgment of others. In the archives, I learned to welcome others based on the traces they left behind, to read their fragmentary accounts, to pay attention to the words they reported, to question their silences, while situating each story in its relational, social and cultural contexts. It's this same quality of presence and listening that I now place at the heart of the living in my therapeutic practice.

My journey as an IR therapist

I trained in the Relational Intelligence therapy of Dr François Le Doze, after a course in Non-Violent Communication® (NVC) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I was trained in NVC by Thomas d'Ansembourg during face-to-face training courses in France and Belgium (2022-2023). Through him, I discovered IFS, created by the American psychologist Richard Schwartz, which caught my attention as a therapeutic practice based on scientific evidence (Evidence-Based Practice), and trained in the basics of IFS with Isabelle Desplats (2023), also a certified NVC trainer. Today, I continue to gravitate around their teachings through my collaboration with the training organization In Development who works with them. It was at the crossroads of these approaches that I discovered Relational Intelligence in 2022, first by starting therapy, before training in it myself. Today, I support people while continuing my work as a researcher.

  • 2024-2025: Basic level IR1 (promo #80)
  • 2025: Therapist posture (promo #99)

I am committed to ongoing personal therapeutic work and benefit from regular supervision and intervision with my Relational Intelligence peers. This framework supports a practice that is ethical, adjusted and reassuring for the people I accompany.

My approach

In deep respect for the IR model, I accompany you in the bond and security of integration and healing of your traumas and psychic, relational and emotional difficulties. I am not qualified to make diagnoses, and will refer you if necessary to other colleagues and health professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors).

The virtue of curiosity, a taste for rigor and a firm grounding, acquired during my academic training, accompany me today in my therapeutic practice, to which is added a great gentleness, benevolence and empathy for what is shared and experienced.

As a result of my personal and activist background, and my studies as a researcher, I am sensitive to issues of discrimination, power relations and gender violence.
