IR is an approach that requires the simultaneous application of many skills. 

Selfi will help you learn them at your own pace. Thanks to this software, you'll be able to take a step-by-step approach to a recorded practice (sound or video), analyze what's happening in the therapeutic relationship, and make links with the model.

It's a bit like being able to relive a session in slow motion and pressing pause when you need to, to better understand the interactions.

But Selfi doesn't stop there. You can also compare your analyses with those of others, compare your points of view and learn from each other. And for those wishing to become certified, supervisors or trainers, this tool will be part of the criteria for assessing your knowledge of the model and quantifying your progress. Those registered on the STF website as therapists will also be asked to carry out Selfi analyses every year.
