J’accompagne à retrouver de la fluidité et de la joie dans la reliance à soi, aux autres et au monde. J’invite chacun.e.s à reconnecter son élan de vie pour donner sens à ses actes quotidiens.
In love with living things, I let myself be guided by my heart's desire and the calls of life within me. I feel at the service of living beings. Doing my best to make the world a more beautiful and peaceful place is a source of happiness and meaning in my life. I'm not pinning any foolish hopes on our collective ability to achieve this, but I'm doing my best to pursue this vision. This adventure teaches me every day to cultivate love and joy and to radiate them around me to support and help reduce suffering. I'm aware that this is a path of humanity, and I feel honored to have the opportunity to contribute.
To better understand how the living world works and to be able to take better care of it, I studied biology. The human paradoxes within and around me soon drew my curiosity and compassion, as well as my anger, fear and sadness. I became interested in our social and relational dynamics, I explored the fields of personal development, I met my being through experiences and cross-views. I've been interested in the world of emotions and reactions, and in the practices developed to learn how to tame them and become a master in one's own kingdom: is it fear and anger that decide my reactions, or can I take care of them, cultivate a peaceful, lucid space to make more thoughtful and perhaps fairer decisions?
Having encountered and integrated several fields of transformation, including non-violent communication and shamanism, my personal approach has found a foundation and axis of coherence in the currents of mindfulness and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, eco-psychology and the vision of Joanna Macy, and relational intelligence®. I like to explore the links that weave our relationship with the living and seek to fluidify the relationship that each of us has with ourselves, with others and with the world, to contribute to the emergence of a connected humanity.
Today, I work with individuals and groups, both face-to-face and remotely. I am particularly sensitive to the field of meaning therapy, uncertainty and change management, eco-anxiety and solastalgia. My coaching invites you to cultivate stability, to dance with uncertainty and nurture inner resilience. By creating the conditions for transforming our being, I aspire to act as a catalyst to offer autonomy and sovereignty to the people who place their trust in me and with whom I share a piece of the journey of being.
And most of all, I love to listen to the song of the rain and breathe in the scent of dawn, I love to walk barefoot and kiss the earth with my footsteps, I love to feel the wind caress my face and dance in my hair and I love to dive underwater and surrender to this full silence.
