Trained as an engineer, I moved into management positions very early in my career. After 15 years, I decided to leave the corporate world with the desire to help others develop their full potential. After training as a coach with Vincent Lenhardt's school - based on transactional analysis - and certification in Non-Violent Communication(R), access to therapy to support my clients seemed an obvious choice.

Trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems(R)) since 2013, IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out - couple coaching), Polyvagal Theory (levels 1 and 2), I am passionate about the Relationship Intelligence model (levels 1 and 2). I've been an assistant in IFS and IR, and was part of the Relational Intelligence Leader program alongside François leDoze.

I was also the translator for the IFS Lead Trainers in France, and for François le Doze in his bilingual training in Canada.
