Life has offered me and life has jostled me, bringing me pain and above all opportunities to move towards inner peace, a joy of being in touch with myself and others.

With a background and expertise in human and social resources (M2 in organizational management and M2 in social psychology and human resources engineering), at the age of 50 I decided to switch to a profession more in line with my essence: that of therapist.

IR, with its integrative approach to IFS, TPV and attachment theory, enables this gentle yet powerful accompaniment by a therapist who is secure with his/her patient. The trust and security of the bond, constantly analyzed, leads to profound healing and openness to oneself and others. Where trauma has decalibrated the perception of danger, the therapeutic bond recalibrates it.
