In a safe, caring environment, I can help you through the trials and tribulations of life, to resolve psychological, behavioral or relational problems, or simply to learn how to relax, live in the present moment or get to know yourself better. Because your body speaks to you, because it is painfully blocked by fears, because it has retained the memory of past wounds and traumas, but also and above all because it is the place of your resources, I invite you to discover within yourself the path to your autonomy and liberation.

Passionate about relationships, which are the site of our wounds but also the opportunity to repair them, I first turned to the Vittoz Method, which today, in the light of neuroscience, is proving to be a genuine tool for self-regulation of the nervous system, to restore our unity and return to the present moment.
Already trained in body-psychotherapy and integrative therapy, Relational Intelligence seemed to me an obvious way of deepening my work with young people and adults over the past 25 years, renewing my enthusiasm and wonder at our human resources and the strength of life.
