When I started training in NVC in 2015, I soon met IFS. These two approaches changed my life, for the better. I began to accompany my own clients in therapy and continued to train. When I took the basic IR training in 2023, It's as if all the pieces of the puzzle have come together.

The theme of attachment wounds and early trauma has always been at the heart of my practice, and it's a great joy for me to be able to draw on such a comprehensive, precise and humane approach as IR.

I work with adults in individual therapy.

I have taken the following IR in-depth modules: psychopathology, therapist posture, ADD (trauma, dissociation and attachment), and attachment trauma management in IR.

I am regularly supervised in IR, and myself in IR therapy.
