I am a practitioner in Individual coaching with Nonviolent Communication®. since 2019, also trained in Multiples Aspects Intérieurs® (Multiple Interior Aspects®) (method inspired by IFS) by Issâ Padovani.

I accompany'Relational Intelligence®, to my great delight, since 2024.

I am also LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator.

Before this conversion, I was computer engineer in aeronautics.

I've been practicing meditation, breathing techniques and mantra recitation for over 15 years, which nourishes and stabilizes my quality of presence.

And I've also been working with the "Intensive Seminars Who Am I?" since 2016, as a participant and assistant.

So, as part of my accompaniment, you will be able to enjoy a a calm, restrained presence with just the right amount of sparkle.
