Brief presentation:
For over 20 years, I held management positions in the French branch of an international non-governmental organization. In this capacity, I coordinated training programs rooted in principles such as service, unity in diversity, and learning by doing. I am also qualified as a Professional Executive Coach at the Université Paris-Dauphine.
Drawing on this experience soft skills, I then embarked on a professional reconversion and today work as a Relationship Intelligence® (RI) psychopractor. This innovative therapeutic approach, based on affective neuroscience, polyvagal theory and attachment theory, provides in-depth support for complex traumas, attachment disorders and relational wounds.
My therapeutic work aims to restore balance to the autonomic nervous system and to reintegrate dissociated states of the psyche into a more balanced and harmonious whole. relationship security framework, essential for healing. My practice is guided by clinical rigor, deeply empathetic listening and a keen understanding of internal and interpersonal mechanisms, as well as by fundamental values: human dignity, inner transformation and the power of connection.
Detailed presentation:
My initial training was in marketing and communications, enriched by solid professional experience at the crossroads of human relations, collective responsibility and organizational development. I complement this background with an original cultural initiative: «The Paris of Women», a series of guided tours highlighting the lives of women who have left their mark on the history of Paris, creating a space of resonance between memory, narrative and emancipation.
