Virginie COTEL

J’ai rencontré l’Intelligence Relationnelle® en 2022 en cherchant à accompagner des personnes qui se sentent bloquées dans leur vie, en perte de sens.

I discovered much more than just tools, but a real philosophy based on connection and security in connection. A therapeutic method that touches what's going on deep inside us, helping us to heal our past ills.

I then felt the limits of the coaching tools I'd been using until then, and decided to use IR therapy to get to the bottom of the issues that were recurring.

Today, IR seems to me to be an effective method for feeling fully understood and welcomed in our traumas, and for bringing about positive, lasting change in our lives.

I'm a feminist and a child advocate.
