Brief presentation:
After many years of experimenting with a wide range of therapies and types of psychological support, in 2020 I came across the’Relational Intelligence. At last, I felt I'd found a therapy that suited me perfectly and enabled me to transform my wounds with rapid and lasting effects. I like the balance it offers between psychological and scientific knowledge, and understanding of the body and nervous system, enabling us to access a new level of relational security with the therapist to deal with psychological issues.
This therapy combines the IFS (Internal Family System), polyvagal theory and attachment theory, and can be used in particular with trauma and attachment disorders.
Faced with the inner transformation that this therapy has enabled me to undergo, I felt the need to train myself so that I could offer to others what I was lucky enough to have encountered. I now offer individual coaching based on my training in NVC (Non-Violent Communication) and IR (Interpersonal Intelligence).
Detailed presentation:
Teacher for 10 years in kindergartens and homes for the disabled disability and autismI came across NVC in February 2019 thanks to the Déclic CNV&Education which supports educational players with Non-Violent Communication. This national association made so much sense to me as a way of supporting my needy colleagues in the field, that we created a local branch in Occitanie.
In January 2022, I chose to leave my teaching career to implement my actions. full-time trainingwhile pursuing my own training in Relational Intelligence and NVC certification. I thus created my company called "Coeur de liens and it is with passion that I now offer NVC initiations and individual therapeutic accompaniment.
We can meet in video or in face-to-face south of Toulouse (Pinsaguel).
