I've been working in the helping professions for over 20 years now. 
I accompany you on the path of inner transformation to free yourself, to allow the living to circulate, to blossom at the heart of your body and your being.

Convinced of the deep connection between body and mind, my profound research led me to explore mind-body therapy, somatotherapy and then to NVC (Non-Violent Communication) and IR Therapy (Relational Intelligence, attachment theory and polyvagal theory). My encounter with Relational Intelligence was an obvious personal and professional step.
