I accompany those who choose to use the vicissitudes of daily life as a support for inner exploration, enabling transformations and evolutions towards a more pacified and unified approach to life.
I use the IFS/ IR, CNV and Coaching approaches that I have benefited from and trained in, convinced of their relevance, subtlety, depth and effectiveness. These approaches enable us to embrace the multiple aspects of our personality when we encounter difficulties, by mobilizing our inner resources and awakening us to our spiritual dimension.

Trained in coaching, the IFS (Internal Family System) model and the Relational Intelligence model, I can support you through any difficulties you may be experiencing, on both a personal and relational level.
