Understanding the human being, what lies behind our reactions, I've always been passionate about our emotions, our hang-ups and our relationship difficulties!

After a first professional life as a radio journalist, I changed careers to support parents and families, as a coach-consultant in parenting and education.

In the course of this journey, I've come to realize just how much what we experience in our first relationships leave a lasting imprint Our way of loving, reacting, protecting ourselves and relating to others is largely shaped by them.

Even as adults, certain reactions or difficulties in relationships can be traced back to these early experiences.

My encounter with the’Relational Intelligence®, which puts relationships at the heart of therapy, was a turning point. I found in it an approach that was both powerful and deeply human, which allows you to go working at source of what's going on in the body, at the heart of our nervous system, far beyond our will or «intellectual» understanding.

Because understanding is often not enough.

The in the body that our reactions are activated... and that's where change becomes possible.

Rediscovering this connection between head and body, learning to listen to what's going on inside you, is for me an essential key to moving forward.

Today, I accompany adults who wish to better understand themselves, break out of repetitive patterns, soothe their inner world and rediscover more serene relationships with themselves and others.

I also accompany parents eager to understand what's at stake in their relationship with their child, and in the painful gaps they sometimes experience, between the parent they'd like to be... and the one they really are. They discover that Behind many of their emotional, relational or educational difficulties, there is often an insecure, overloaded or protective nervous system.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone can progress at their own pace.

My approach is also enriched by Non-Violent Communication®, affective and social neuroscience, and mindfulness.

I'm a supervised therapist and I'm also involved in Relational Intelligence® therapeutic work.
