With body awareness as its compass, Relational Intelligence proposes to consolidate the connection to oneself and to others, to develop inner security. It's also a therapy that helps us better understand how the brain works, and how we react when it overwhelms us. It's very useful for better self-acceptance and self-care, and provides support in relationships with others.

In a session, I offer you a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can fully be yourself. I come with the expertise of the tool, but together we explore the issues you bring: only you can know what's going on inside you! It's a process that unfolds gradually and at your own pace.

Alongside my work as a therapist, I'm also a market gardener at the Aerium de Peyraube eco-location. I love this balance between human beings and the earth. It allows me to live a way of life that corresponds to my values, where human values and cooperation play a key role.

The experience of collective life is also rich in sharing and learning when conflicts or emotions arise. These experiences nourish my practice and my understanding of human functioning.
