My path began in childhood in the bodily disciplines such as dance, martial arts and somatic practices, which I practice or have practiced at a professional level as a teacher or artist.

The passion behind these activities has always been exploring the links between body and mind. This passion led me to train in body care and to study psychology, particularly through the Enneagram.

IR is a natural extension of my career path, but meeting it has changed my life, both personally and professionally, in teaching and care.

Today, I'm delighted to be able to accompany anyone on this path to self-knowledgeof cure and’openness to relationships.
