IR psychotherapist and manual therapist
IR training courses:
My path as a therapist has been built up over time, slowly, from a conscious and sustained attention to what is experienced in the body and in the therapeutic relationship.
It is not the result of rapid specialization, but of a gradual maturation, nourished by clinical experience, personal commitment and a deep inner journey.
Initially trained in clinical psychology, I was soon drawn to the body as the primary locus of human experience.
For nearly eighteen years, I have been on the road as a manual therapist, based on the traditional chinese medicine and the therapeutic shiatsu, which have profoundly shaped my clinical approach. This approach taught me to listen to the body as a whole: its rhythms, balances and imbalances, but also its often silent strategies of adaptation and protection.
Over the years, I have infused my practice with the contributions of fasciatherapy and craniosacral therapy, further refining the quality of presence, the perception of internal movement, and respect for the human being. tissue consent. My manual therapeutic work has thus been forged through slow, rigorous observation: learning to wait, not to force, to recognize the right moment when the body can consent to being touched, moved and transformed.
This outlook is also nourished by the practice of silent sitting (zazen), transmitted to me by the Zen Sōtō lineage.
This experience has profoundly shaped my approach: cultivating a stable, non-intrusive presence, capable of staying with what's there, without trying to correct or rush things.
It has sharpened my ability to perceive subtle movements - in the body, in relationships, in the emotional field - and to accompany from a space of simplicity and accuracy.
From 2020 onwards, faced with the intensification of the states of shock and disorganization observed in many people, I felt it necessary to deepen my understanding of traumatic and relational processes. Relational Intelligence® became a natural part of my path, resonating deeply with what the body had already been teaching me for many years.
Today, my two therapeutic modalities - Relational Intelligence® psychotherapyand psycho-corporal and energetic manual approach - are offered separately, each in its own context.
However, where appropriate, they can be combined in a complementary way within a customized support program, with the aim of integrating the therapeutic process and providing lasting support for regulation and relationships.
I offer a committed, supportive and deeply respectful therapeutic space, where the body once again becomes an ally, where relationships can become calmer, and where it becomes possible to reconnect to a freer, more conscious and livelier way of being connected.
I receive people face-to-face in my office, in a quiet location in the heart of nature in the 47 (Agen), as well as by videoconference. I also consult in a shared office in the center of Toulouse (31).
