My life path has led me to question myself and my difficulties in approaching life in a harmonious way.

I was able to heal certain wounds with psychotherapy, but my encounter with Relational Intelligence, a therapy that combines Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory and work on the inner child (IFS), took me a quantum leap forward. Linking body and mind in a single model was decisive in my understanding of the world.

Understanding that my relationship difficulties stemmed from a profound lack of security within myself enabled me to take care of my attachment wounds and thus to approach the world with great joy, serenity and creativity. For me, the world has become a wonderful place of fulfillment and blossoming, and no longer a place of suffering.

It is towards this inner transformation that I wish to accompany you.
