Relationships are at the heart of the support I offer.

My aim is to enable everyone to gently re-establish deep, authentic relationships with others that are more in tune and harmonious, and to (re)find a quality of presence with oneself and the world, while respecting one's needs and limits.

Through my 6-year training with PSYREM (Psyché et Relation en Mouvement), I have built up a solid theoretical, practical and personal background. Today, I'm a member of PSYREM and continue to train in order to enrich my practice. In the support I offer, I can call on a variety of tools: daydreaming, symbolization, drawing, photolanguage, emotional work, self-sharing (IFS - Richard Schwartz). But the common thread running through my practice is always relational intelligence (IR - Dr François le Doze).

IR has complemented my practice as a relational psychotherapist, anchoring it even more firmly in the body and in security. This enables me to accompany you as closely as possible to your needs and difficulties, starting from who you are.

As a relational psychotherapist, I have regular intervision sessions (analysis of practice between psychotherapists) and supervision (stepping back and learning with a supervisor), in order to take a step back and develop my practice.

At the first meeting, we will determine the duration and regularity of the sessions.
