What I propose
Therapist in relational intelligence, I accompany adults in their emotional and relational difficulties, and in their experiences of chronic stress or trauma. My approach is based on the idea that a great deal of suffering is rooted in insecure, hurtful or inappropriate relationships, and that it's in a secure, well-adjusted therapeutic relationship that transformations can become possible.
I welcome people with repetitive relationship patterns, anxiety, feelings of inner insecurity, difficulties in setting limits, asserting themselves or feeling like they belong.
I offer support that is respectful of each individual's pace, within a clear, confidential and committed framework.
My career path
It is built around a constant thread: relationships and empathy.
Initially trained as a’occupational therapist, In the field of adult psychiatry, in particular, I worked with people in their day-to-day lives, relying on a detailed understanding of their needs, their limitations, their environment and their subjective experiences. This initial experience deeply anchored in me the importance of a adjusted empathy, respectful and reassuring.
I then worked as a parenting consultant and trainer, by supporting parents and professionals in dealing with relational, emotional and parenting issues, as well as the challenges they face. educational violence and prevention sexual violence.
Today, relational intelligence therapy is one of the most important coherent, natural evolution of this journey. It allows me to accompany adults in a more individual and in-depth way, by placing the focus on their needs.’empathy, relational security and bond quality at the heart of the therapeutic process, in a respectful, committed and non-judgmental approach.
