Trained as a physiotherapist, for over twenty years I have accompanied people in their relationship with the body, pain and movement.
This experience taught me deeply how intimately linked our physical, emotional and relational tensions are.
I gradually specialized in body approaches that develop body awareness, promote relaxation and help regain emotional balance, with a particular focus on feeling and movement, inspired in particular by the Feldenkrais Method.
Today, I integrate this bodily dimension into Relational Intelligence®, a therapeutic model that enables us to understand and profoundly transform our relational mechanisms.
I'm also involved in the Non-Violent Communication certification program, as a continuation of this approach, to help improve the quality of relationships in the healthcare field.
My approach is concrete, experiential and gentle: it relies not only on words, but also on the body and attention to sensations.
The body becomes a support for regaining inner security, peace of mind and the ability to make choices.
