\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong>As a neurologist who has worked at Caen University Hospital for thirty years, I've always been interested in the relationship between body and mind in the sick person.<\/p>

My encounter with the Internal Family Systems model had a profound influence on my personal and professional life, directing me towards psychotherapeutic practice.<\/p>

My knowledge of neuroscience enables me to base my practice on recent neuroscientific data in the field of psychotherapy.<\/p>

After obtaining a Master's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po Paris, I spent 15 years in human resources and five of those as HR manager of a production plant. It was the birth of my children that brought me closer to who I really was, and prompted me to return to psychology, my true passion. <\/span>After trying out a number of therapeutic approaches, I discovered IFS therapy and then Relational Intelligence with Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze. It was a revelation and an obvious choice for me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, I'm a certified IFS and RI therapist, supervisor and trainer of the RI model. Relationships have always been a driving force in my life.<\/p>

\u00a0I began my career as a therapist some twenty years ago, and trained for 6 years in relational therapy.\u00a0I've worked with individuals, couples and groups, and thanks to some wonderful encounters, I've become involved in transmission as a trainer and supervisor.\u00a0<\/span>The limits I perceived in my practice then prompted me to look for new support techniques. I turned to IFS, and passionately followed Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze's creation of RI. These models have had a profound influence on my personal and professional life.<\/span><\/p>

During my art studies, it was the approach to Art Brut, commonly known as \u00abart des fous\u00bb in its early days, followed by experience with movement theater and forum theater, that were decisive in my choice of career direction. I worked in the medical-social sector for many years, accompanying a variety of people in situations of psychological and physical suffering. Amazed and challenged by what could be said and experienced in my artistic creation workshops, I turned to training as an artistic mediator and art-therapist at INECAT for 3 years.
Accompanying the body, movement, gesture and expression, founded my practice as an art therapist in various institutions, and later in private practice.
The limits I encountered led me to various training courses, culminating in the Relational Intelligence\u00ae model with Fran\u00e7ois Le Doze, which is the inspiration for my practice today.<\/p>

I'm an IR therapist, a certified IR\u00ae supervisor and a trainer for continuing education in the IR\u00ae model. After graduating from Paris-Dauphine University with a postgraduate degree in HR and\npsychosociology, I worked for 12 years in the corporate world managing human resources\nprojects.\nFollowing a career change, I turned to parenting support by running workshops for parents,\ntraining child-minders, and becoming a family coach. In my practice, I saw how many people\nneeded more in-depth support. In my personal life as a wife and mother, I found that my\npast sometimes caught up with me and prevented me from being available for my children\nas I would have liked to have been. Training in integrative psychotherapy seemed to be an\nessential step towards my vocation; I was unaware that it would also be an incredible\ninternal and family transformation. But the best was yet to come: discovering the RI model,\nwhich became my foundation.<\/p>

I'm currently a psychopractitioner, RI therapist, RI supervisor and RI continuing education\ntrainer. I'm passionate about people. Since my studies, I have always sought to understand and support the full potential of each individual. My career path has led me to explore fields as varied as national education, teacher training and even the development and implementation of public policies.
