Je me suis investie \u00e0 200 % dans mon travail, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que mon corps me dise STOP, marquant le d\u00e9but de plusieurs signes de burn-out. Ce fut un v\u00e9ritable tournant. J\u2019ai alors compris qu&rsquo;avant de pouvoir prendre soin des autres, il \u00e9tait essentiel que je prenne soin de moi. Ce d\u00e9clic m\u2019a pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 changer de voie professionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Depuis toujours passionn\u00e9e par l&rsquo;accompagnement de l\u2019humain, j\u2019ai progressivement r\u00e9orient\u00e9 ma carri\u00e8re dans ce sens.
