Since childhood, because of my life history and past traumas, I have been questioned <\/strong>on human functioning,<\/strong> conflicts, suffering, fears, misunderstandings between individuals...<\/p>\n

Over the past 30 years, I have passionately committed\u00a0<\/strong>in training courses personal development<\/strong> to better understand my own workings and those of others.<\/p>\n

My work as a palliative care nurse in Besan\u00e7on strengthened my desire to deepen my knowledge of palliative care. knowledge of psychology.<\/strong> And so, gradually, the impulse to train myself in individual coaching\u00a0<\/strong>imposed itself on me as a obvious<\/strong><\/p>\n

My career path <\/strong>is atypical<\/strong>She started out as a hairdresser and sports educator, then spent 17 years as a hospital nurse, specializing in palliative care for 10 years. now a psychopractical therapist.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Throughout my life<\/strong>in different ways, my choice<\/strong> have been guided<\/strong> by what has always driven me: being present to others<\/strong> in the helping relationship.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discovering models\u00a0IR<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and IFS<\/a><\/strong> has been a turning point<\/strong> in my career. These approaches, aligned<\/strong> on my design<\/strong> of care<\/strong> therapeutic support towardspersonal autonomy<\/strong>My training in the fields of psychology, psychotherapy and psychodynamics provided me with the tools I needed to fully embrace the profession of psychopractitioner. I invested in my own therapy, in parallel with a professional course in\u00a0IR<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and in\u00a0IFS<\/a><\/strong> in Lyon and Paris, asserting my commitment<\/strong> in this area.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

My commitment<\/strong> as a professional psychopractical therapist<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0IR<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(Relational Intelligence) and IFS<\/a><\/strong> (Internal Family Systems) to a individual coaching<\/strong> adapted to each individual on the path to liberation that is \"dare to be yourself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Avec l’ IR<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0and the IFS<\/a><\/strong>I propose to guide<\/strong> the person to a caring inner dialogue<\/strong>. I invite him to become aware of your resources<\/strong>This will help him to understand his strengths and weaknesses. This will provide new lighting<\/strong> on its operating system (emotions, reactions, behaviors, unconscious mechanisms, relationship to self and others).\u00a0<\/p>\n

This awareness, through the therapeutic work<\/strong> and the bond of trust<\/strong> with the therapist, the person gradually builds up a a more secure relationship<\/strong>healthier with herself and therefore with others.<\/p>\n
