As a Relationship Intelligence (RI) therapist, this approach has transformed my life, both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n
I trained in several approaches, including Traditional Acupuncture for 5 years in Paris. I then discovered Non-Violent Communication when I co-created an alternative school, Upaya-l'\u00c9cole par Nature. Education and parenting are two major areas in which I like to invest my energy and pass on NVC.<\/p>\n
Through these explorations, I came to understand that relationships are at the heart of our joys and sorrows. So I continued my apprenticeships, first in Focusing, then in Healing Role-Playing. At the same time, I began individual therapy through AICNV, Ma\u00efeusth\u00e9sie, IFS... In this dynamic of inner exploration, Polyvagal Theory illuminates my life as a practitioner and teacher in the body arts I love to pass on, such as Systema and Qi Gong.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I then decided to train and experience IR coaching, which had the effect of restoring and healing major elements of my innermost being.<\/p>\n I offer both face-to-face and distance (Visio\/Skype) individual coaching. I draw on the complementarity of these approaches to offer the best possible support for the individual.<\/p>\n I accompany everyone with the conviction and belief that the healing of our ills is accessible to all.
