{"id":9721,"date":"2026-05-14T16:22:04","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T16:22:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/selftherapie.com\/lestherapeutes\/anne-laure-courel-2\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T16:22:04","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T16:22:04","slug":"anne-laure-courel-tg237","status":"publish","type":"lestherapeutes","link":"https:\/\/selftherapie.com\/en\/lestherapeutes\/anne-laure-courel-tg237\/","title":{"rendered":"Anne-Laure COUREL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;enrichis la palette de couleurs de ma pratique IR \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents outils psychocorporels<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>(such as mindfulness meditation, NVC-based conscious communication and Relational Focusing)\u00a0<\/em>or the interpretation of dream material, <strong>when it seems appropriate<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>My accompaniments<\/strong> and follow-up <strong>are adapted to each individual<\/strong>while respecting my skills and personal limits.<\/p>\n<p>En favorisant une approche c\u0153urs-corps-esprits, j&rsquo;opte pour une d\u00e9marche plus globale de l\u2019humain visant \u00e0 n\u2019oublier aucune dimension de celui-ci et lui permettant de retrouver l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 sa pleine potentialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:16px\">I have a theoretical and academic background and studied Psychology of the <\/span><strong style=\"font-size:16px\">Bachelor's degree to doctoral level in clinical psychology<\/strong><span style=\"font-size:16px\"> (D.Psy) in Quebec.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>I then trained in\u00a0<strong>Communication<\/strong> <strong>Non-violent<\/strong> (over 1000h), based on Marshall Rosenberg's approach, with the Conscientia and Communication Synergy groups, in continuing education and integration for 5 years in Montreal (2016-2021).<\/li>\n<li>This led me to train in<strong> Relational Focusing<\/strong>(a mind-body approach based on the philosophy of Eugene T.
